Are You Constipated?  No! I’m not constipated!
You may think you are not constipated because you don’t feel uncomfortable or bloated right now, but how many meals do you eat compared to how many times you open your bowels?
Once you eat 3 meals a day, your bowels should open three times a day, just like a baby! Now, do you have slow or irregular bowel movements (every 2-3 days or more)?

The answer is yes for many people however, a person may have several bowel movements a day and still be constipated. These movements are usually smaller and occur more often because the inner diameter of the colon is smaller than it should be. When this happens, normal wastes and toxic material is accumulating within the body instead of being expelled, and is compromising your good health right now. Constipation is one of the first signs indicating that the colon is not functioning properly and is the basis of all dis-ease.

My experience at CLW was excellent! I felt comfortable and at home, the young ladies were quite professional and went above and beyond their call of duty.  I visited mainly because I wanted to lose some weight. In addition to that, I had a very irregular menstrual cycle which I was hoping might be regulated if I managed to take control of my body.
I did a colon irrigation and began a detox diet, after which I carefully began to follow all the advice I had received at CLW. I was also encouraged to do my own research, and learn more about my body. I became very aware of my own body, all it's functions, and cycles and needs. I began to read more and pay closer attention to my diet, my lifestyle in general.
I began a regular exercise program with a trainer, which I still have 4 days a week. I have eliminated all dairy products from my diet, all caffeine, all sugar, and all meat except fish. I am in the process of phasing fish out of my diet as well. I have come a long way! And I am very excited to say that I did reach my weight loss goal! 140 lbs!
